It’s day 19 of Blogtober, and today’s prompt is Style for Autumn and Winter. As a work from home mum, fashion isn’t something I spend a lot of time (or money) on. I do however spend a lot of time choosing my footwear. I’m a stickler for comfort, and love nothing more than a comfy pair of boots! I was perusing the Hotter Website yesterday and spotted their Marie Curie Collaboration. How cute are these new limited edition Grey Pixie Boots…

I thought the boots alone were super cute, but then I spotted that Hotter will donate £20 to Marie Curie for each pair of boots purchased. The Daffodil lining is a nod to Marie Curie, and the yellow stitching is another subtle nod to them too. I love a pair of comfy boots, and am definitely adding these beauties to my birthday wish list. *take note Hubby*…

More About The Hotter Shoes Marie Curie Collaboration

Marie Curie are one of the UK’s most well known caring charities. They provide vital care and support for those with terminal illnesses, and their families. I love the fact Hotter haven’t bumped up the RRP of the boots by £20 to cover the cost of their Marie Curie Collaboration – these boots are £85 – the same price as all the other boots in the Pixie collection. These limited edition boots join the other 9 colours already available in this boot style.

Hotter Shoes Marie Curie Collaboration I think they look super comfy and great for popping on with jeans or leggings. I wear a lot of black and grey, so they’ll compliment my wardrobe too. Today, I have treated myself to the below top from Matalan. I think it will go perfectly with black leggings and these boots, and it was a bargain at £12 – what do you think?

It looks like the perfect Autumn – Winter transition outfit to me, Super comfy and casual!

Would you wear these boots or this outfit? I’d love to know your thoughts on the Marie Curie Collaboration idea!
