Rather than ignore the comments you receive, you should take note and work to address them. This might could mean doing anything from improving delivery times to buying public and employers liability insurance. However you improve, ensure you show your customers the changes you have made.

Not knowing your target audience is a common digital marketing mistake. This can cause even the most carefully planned campaigns to fall flat. It doesn’t matter how much time or money you invest in your tactics… If you aim them at the wrong people, you won’t see results.
