Last week, I finally started reading Laura Marshall’s latest book – Three Little Lies…
What’s It About?
“When Sasha North comes into Ellen’s life, Ellen falls under her spell. As Ellen is welcomed into Sasha’s family, she doesn’t see the darkness that lies beneath their bohemian lifestyle. Not until a brutal attack changes all their lives forever.
Ten years later, Ellen and Sasha share a flat in London, still bound together by that night. When Sasha disappears, Ellen fears the worst. The police won’t take her seriously, but the events of the past give Ellen good reason to be frightened.
What really happened that night? Who is telling the whole truth? These are the questions Ellen must confront when searching for her friend. But someone knows Ellen is looking. And they don’t want the answers coming out…”

I sat down last Friday evening and began reading Three Little Lies. I was still reading at 1am. Saturday morning looked like this:
In between Mum duties, I managed to finish the entire book by Sunday evening. (Thanks to two very late nights)! If I had to use one word to review this book, it would be: Addictive! I couldn’t put it down. I loved how the book jumped from person to person, and from one point in time to another.
No spoilers here, but….. This book will keep you guessing and guessing. You’ll think you’ve figured it out, then promptly change your mind. The novel is packed with more twists and turns than the average rollercoaster. If you’re anything like me, you won’t want to put it down.
I have read both of Laura’s books, and both were brilliant. She is definitely becoming one of my favourite writers! I am excited to see what comes next! You can keep up to date with Laura via her website and Twitter account.
Disclaimer: I bought it, I read it, I shared it – Simples!
